WHAT IS GESTALT THERAPY ?

 

Gestalt therapy is a path for personal growth based on being present and in contact with oneself. It values human relationships, authenticity, expression, self-responsibility and discovery.

My therapeutic approach integrates body awareness into a creative expressive process. In a safe space you can discover your personal story through listening to how your body speaks. When we embrace our vulnerability, we allow ourselves to feel, express and live!
