GROUP THERAPY

People need people.
Our story might be different, but we all experience feelings. By connecting to my body and mind, I can discover myself, and learning about myself, helps me understand others.
My approach as a group facilitator combines bodywork, improvisation, writing and breathing exercises.
In a supportive setting, we listen and express. We tap into the personal and collective emotional body and cultivate a sense of connection and belonging.
AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT
A meditative, intuitive, improvisational movement practice involving a mover and a witness. It is a practice of listening,slowing and opening to a deeper sensing and expression of body and psyche.

Reconnect with your body and the stories it has to tell! Our body is the home of our memories, scars and emotions. Through the body, we access our inner world and our unique ideas.
This workshop is specifically designed for community settings, using the tools of play, imagination and improvisation. We identify the unknown strengths within each individual to develop self-expression and explore the power of communication to encourage a collaborative
culture.
